Summer home - Purchased as the owner's summer getaway in a private enclave with six independently owned condos. Patterned tiles in the kitchen and living room, white walls, several French doors and comfortable furnishings give this seaside home a cottage-like look and feel.

Interior Amenities: All rooms are air conditioned and have at least one screened window. A laptop with Wi-Fi and an IPod dock with speakers are included in the price.

Layout Notes: The semi-interred, lower level is reached from an external staircase on the terrace. Both bedrooms on this level have windows opening to the staircase as the source of natural light. The French bedded room is small in size and is best suited for one person - this room does not have adequate heating and is closed from December through April. For outdoor dining, there are two covered and furnished areas on the terrace with evening lighting.
