Northern Italy Exclusive Villa
Terra del Garda is a great base for the enjoyment of Lake Garda's many attractions and for exploring northern Italy. This key location halfway between Venice and Milan is well positioned for visiting Verona, Mantova, Vicenza, Padua and Cremona - the major art centers of the north. As an added benefit, picturesque lake views from the upper balcony of this contemporary, two story home, take in much of the town below.
Guests of Terra del Garda have their own paved tennis court and swimming pool. Bordered by mountains on three sides, Lake Garda enjoys a semi-tropical micro-climate unique to this locale. Summer warmth arrives early and stays latter allowing for Terra del Garda's pool to be open from May to October 15th.
Connected by an external stairway, the two floors of this home are spacious, comfortably furnished and offer a fully equipped kitchen on each level. The bedrooms are air conditioned each with individual temperature control. Cleaning services may be requested when booking.
The reasonable cost of Terra del Garda makes it ideal for families, six couples willing to share four baths or even six singles each seeking their own room.
For 2014 only, this house may be rented to a smaller group of six at a reduced rate by closing the ground level.
Terra del Garda sits in an outlying community of similar homes with a convenient pizzeria, a supermarket, an ATM and a pharmacy within 400 yards. The scenic promenade of Garda with restaurants, shops, cafés and a lakeside ferry is a five minute drive away.
