French doors lead out onto a private patio and good size lawn area nestled among an olive grove. The patio is well-furnished and thoughtfully covered with a canvas canopy in the summer months. At the other end of the grounds is a large pool that's shared with the owners' family. From a portion of the pool's sun deck, there are pleasant views spanning out over the countryside. The owner's four friendly dogs live on the grounds, and three purebred horses occupy the stable 100 yards away.

Set on two levels, Bencondito is a charming Tuscan getaway with beamed ceilings, stone walls and terracotta floors.
