Public Transportation: Florence's Santa Maria Novella train/bus terminal is within three quarters of a mile. The train line has connections to Lucca, Pisa, Rome, Milan, Bologna,and Genova. The bus line has connections to Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Pistoia, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.
