To be listed on Park Villas you must have experience hosting guests at your property and assisting guests with experiences and tours.Â
No. We earn a small commission when your villa is booked that ranges from 2% to 12% based on your tenure and guest reviews.
We will work with you to ensure your listing stands out. We offer photography and videography (by one of our owners) as well as editorial help to increase your listing’s success. Once you are listed you are able to receive inquiries. You can choose whether guests can book directly to inquire before booking their dates.Â
